Hi, I'm Tiffany Smith, Founder and CEO of Amiable Home Care. I hold a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and have spent more than a decade building, leading, and improving healthcare and community-based services.

I founded Amiable Home Care because I believe quality care should feel personal. When a family trusts us with someone they love, I don't take that responsibility lightly. My goal has always been to create an organization where people are treated with dignity, compassion, patience, respect, and — most importantly — like family.

While I take my role as CEO seriously, I definitely don't take myself too seriously! I'm extremely family-oriented, naturally goofy, and usually the comedian in the room. I believe there's room for both excellence and laughter, and sometimes a good laugh is exactly what a difficult day needs.

And one thing you'll quickly learn about me — I looooove Japanese anime! Sailor Moon will forever have a special place in my heart. 🌙✨ I love everything it represents about friendship, courage, loyalty, and standing up for the people you care about. In the name of the moon… yes, I'm absolutely that kind of CEO! 😂

At the end of the day, the titles and accomplishments are important, but family is at the heart of who I am. That same love, loyalty, and sense of responsibility are what I bring to Amiable Home Care every day.

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of Amiable Home Care, I'm proud to help lead an organization built around something that means everything to me — family. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, respected, supported, and cared for with genuine compassion.

Outside of my role at Amiable Home Care, I am a devoted husband and father with a passion for mentoring and encouraging young people. As a Special Olympics coach, I've had the privilege of helping athletes build confidence, recognize their strengths, and accomplish things they can be proud of.

Caregiving is also personal to me. I help care for our grandmother, which has given me firsthand experience with the patience, consistency, understanding, and compassion families need when caring for someone they love.

As COO, I bring those same values into the way I help lead Amiable Home Care. My goal is to make sure our operations support not only the individuals we serve, but also their families and the caregivers who make quality care possible.

To me, this is more than a business. It's about taking care of people, strengthening families, and making a meaningful difference in our community.
